MathGeometrySolver is designed strictly as a supplementary educational tool. It is intended to help students, teachers, and parents verify calculations and understand geometric proofs.

Important: This tool should not be used for cheating on exams, quizzes, or graded assignments where external aids are prohibited. We are not responsible for any academic disciplinary actions resulting from the misuse of our platform.

Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we strive for 99.9% accuracy using advanced symbolic computation engines, software can contain errors.

• The services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
• We do not guarantee that the results will always be 100% correct or complete.
• Users should always use their own judgment and verify critical calculations manually.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the service.
• Attempting to interfere with the servers or network security.
• Using the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any local laws.
• Reverse engineering the calculation logic or source code.

Intellectual Property

User Content & License

When you input data or upload images to our solver, you retain all rights to your content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service (e.g., training our AI to recognize shapes better).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathGeometrySolver and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
